Individuals - We are a year-round service center. We have up to four years of tax programs on our computers. Year round service means our clients can call us during the year with questions and we can help them plan for the various stages of life: home buying, education, retirement.

The firm of Sandra R. Claytor, CPA has been operating in Chesterfield since 1986. The Firm offers an array of services to small businesses, non-profit entities and individuals. We are conveniently located in the Courthouse Commons area of Chesterfield. Our mission is to provide accounting services, tax preparation, audits, compilations and reviews and business and financial advice to small businesses, non-profits and individuals through dedication to our clients and by providing professional services in a timely manner.


Small Businesses - We provide services to our small business clients including check writing, posting and maintaining the general ledger, payroll, and QuickBooks training. We have on line server capabilities that allow us to simultaneously look at our clients' books and help them at the time they need help. Our tax services include corporate taxes, payroll taxes and business licenses and personal property tax returns. We also have software that will help us analyze our client's financial statements and compare the results with industry averages.


Non-Profits - We have over twenty years experience with non-profit entities and offer a variety of attest functions to our clients as well as tax services.
